Our Story: A Passion for Personalized Travel
Special Luxury Travel is committed to creating personalized journeys and priceless memories.
Sabrina is thrilled to have launched Special Luxury Travel and is especially grateful for her family's support as she ventures around the world "for work." She finds it magical to explore new destinations, see new hotels, and figure out what properties and places would resonate best with clients. She loves learning about new cultures, trying new foods, and making new friends.
Meet The Team
After earning her degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from George Washington University, Sabrina excelled as an Advancement Professional, securing philanthropic support for educational institutions nationwide.
Passionate about lifelong learning, she taught at Summer Institutes and constantly sought opportunities for professional growth. Sabrina was especially drawn to understanding her donors' stories, building strong connections, and helping them realize their philanthropic goals. Turning dreams into reality became a passion.
After 26 years in academia, Sabrina felt it was time for a change. Her lifelong love for travel inspired her to dive into the industry, and in 2021, she began working full-time as a travel advisor. She brings the same work ethic, dedication to growth, and passion for creating lasting memories to her travel clients. In 2024, Sabrina launched Special Luxury Travel, aiming to deliver unparalleled service and bespoke vacations. As her business expands, she is excited to welcome team members who share her passion, creativity, and commitment to listening and continual learning.

Meet Beth
Beth has always worked in creative fields, starting out in the art world after getting a degree in art history at SMU. She then pivoted to cooking, attending culinary school at The French Culinary Institute in New York. Beth spent many years as a pastry chef, in restaurants in New York and New Orleans, as well as working in event planning and interior design. She then decided to start her own business, opening a bakery in Uptown New Orleans, Beth Biundo Sweets.
Travel had always been her greatest passion but owning a small business often made it hard to get away. After selling her bakery in 2023, Beth took some time off and spent a year traveling. The experience and process of planning and researching her trips inspired her to pursue a career in the travel industry. She hopes to create travel experiences as special and memorable as the ones she’s had.
Throughout her diverse career and travels, Beth honed a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting memorable experiences, whether it was through the visual arts, culinary creations, or meticulously planned events. This ability to curate exceptional moments naturally extended to her personal travels, where she meticulously researched and planned each adventure, uncovering hidden gems and creating unforgettable itineraries.
Beth was thrilled to join Special Luxury Travel and looks forward to getting to know clients and creating their own dream trip.
